Project Description
VINCI Construction Maritime et Fluvial carried out the redevelopment work on Port-Haliguen (Quiberon Peninsula). Quai Ouest and Quai Sud will consist of two retaining combiwalls (piles and sheet piles) 6 m apart and topped by a concrete structure.
The wet dock will be delimited by an 85-m long submersible dike and closed by a swing gate that will maintain the water level at Côte Marine +3. Another specific feature is that the reclamations will be backfilled with the materials dredged in the port and treated by in-line flocculation.
